The DZ-quality DK3 sets for Pa-U are from K.A. Peterson, J. Chem. Phys. 142, 074105 (2015) and Vasiliu et al., J. Phys. Chem. A 119, 11422 (2015).

Change log:
1/2/20: error in most diffuse f-type function of Ac in the cc-pVDZ and cc-pwCVDZ basis sets corrected (both in DK3 and X2C contractions). g-type function slightly changed as well as slight changes in p-type contractions.
